trois roues presents

Under the Trees

The bar at honeytree: a long reclaimed-wood counter set with pastries and coffee machines, a shelf of bottles behind it, and the silhouette of a classic sports car painted across the dark wall above.

Limited capacity

Baarerstrasse 125, 6300 Zug

Put your name down

Entry is free. Capacity is limited, so the door list is first come, first served.

What we'll call out at the door

We use your first name, surname and email only for the door list on 10 October. Nothing is sent to you, and this does not sign you up for the app or anything else. We don't sell your details or pass them on: the list is seen by our team and, on the night, possibly by the honeytree team at the door. You can object to this use of your details at any time: email [email protected] from the address you used and we remove your entry. Details below and in our privacy policy.

How we handle your details
  • Who is responsible: trois roues (Tim Fischer and Luca Macchi, Switzerland — see section 1 of the privacy policy), [email protected].
  • What we collect: your first name, surname and email, the time you sent the form, and technical connection data (a pseudonymised network address and your browser type), kept so we can recognise abuse of this public form if it happens.
  • Why: to know who and how many to expect at the door. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running the event (Art. 31 revFADP; Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR if you are in the EU/EEA). Nothing else — no marketing, no app waitlist, no account.
  • Where: in Switzerland, under our own administration. Cloudflare (US) carries the connection to this site; that transfer rests on the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework (the EU-US framework if you are in the EU/EEA) or standard contractual clauses, see section 5 of the privacy policy.
  • Who sees it: our administrators and, on the night, possibly the honeytree team at the door. No email provider — we never write to you.
  • How long: until you ask us to remove it. Write to [email protected] from the address you used and we delete the entry within 30 days; backup copies age out within a further 30 days.
  • Your rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction and objection (Art. 25–32 revFADP; Art. 15–21 GDPR) — by email, since there is no account to sign in to.
  • Right to object: this processing rests on our legitimate interest, so you may object to it at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. Email [email protected] and we remove your entry.
  • Complaints: the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, edoeb.admin.ch) or, if you are in the EU/EEA, your local supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
