For anything — account access, invitations, RSVPs, missing confirmations, or feedback on the app:
Please include the email address on your account and a brief description of what happened. If your issue is time-sensitive (an event tonight, a stuck invitation), put the word URGENT at the start of the subject line.
Common questions
I never received my invitation email. Check your spam folder for messages from [email protected]. If it’s not there, email support and we’ll resend or regenerate the link.
My passkey / Face ID prompt doesn’t appear. Make sure Face ID and a device passcode are set up in iOS Settings, then sign in with email + password — the passkey prompt only appears the second time, on the same device.
I want to delete my account. Open the iOS app, tap your member card, then ⋯ → Delete data. The deletion is immediate and irreversible. Reach out by email if anything gets stuck.
I changed phones.Sign in with email + password on the new device; you’ll be asked to register a new passkey there. The old device is automatically signed out the next time it tries to use its stale token.
Security disclosures
If you believe you’ve found a security vulnerability, email [email protected]with a description and, where applicable, reproduction steps. Please do not exploit the issue beyond what’s necessary to confirm it, and give us a reasonable window to fix before any public disclosure.
Data, privacy, and your rights
For data-protection requests (access, rectification, deletion, portability) under the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) or the EU GDPR, email [email protected]. We respond to verified requests within 30 days. The full policy is on our privacy page.
